I was hoping that someone from Duffy's would explain how they have sold them in the past. I think I remember someone saying that Blue Fin also has sold them in the past. If neither of these 2 dealers have sold them, I apologize.
All I'm asking is someone (ffl dealer) explain how these are legal to be sold.
Not an FFL Dealer but employed by 3 and 7 years in the firearms industry.
The MSP Banned Rifle List does NOT have the force of law.
I repeat, the MSP Banned Rifle List does NOT have the force of law.
MSP has ERRONEOUSLY/INCOMPETENTLY/INCORRECTLY listed this rifle as banned.
Per MSP's website a copy must be cosmetically similar and have completely interchangeable parts with an enumerated assault weapon or have 2 or more evil features to be banned.
The Century C308 is a revised copy of the of the CETME rifle. The CETME rifle served as the basis for the HK G3/HK91 series of rifles. It is the parent firearm of the G3 and as such can NOT be considered a clone of it.
It is NOT parts interchangeable with a G3 or a legacy CETME. It also does NOT have 2 or more features which constitute a copycat firearm per the FSA 2013.
