Silent recoil spring for ar15 9mm

Anyone tried one of these for there 9mm ar? I have seen these recommend before? Might be another option?

If you are going to run it suppressed, it is not heavy enough to reduce the ejection port bark. It's similar to the JP captured spring. I have one.....it collects dust.
