I got to hold one when I dropped into Bass Pro to pick up an an accessory. It was brought in by the new owner looking for a scope, and he bought a Leupold because he trusts it will hold up to the kick.
The “not-a-suppressor” element being PERMANENTLY attached to a non-firearm is the key.
Not as unbalanced or front-end heavy as you might expect.
The new owner says it is truly a no ear-protection set-up. And hard to believe but the owner says the entire thing can be submerged in the bathtub with soapy water for cleaning.

That’s pretty cool, does anyone have success shooting loads with no sabots or wadding? I’ve never tried.

Well, my hunting buddy had his out this morning and had 6 light primer strikes before the doe walked away. No problems with the primers when shot out of his CVA so it seems like an issue with the gun
