    probably should have looked at that site before I drove myself nuts. Significantly shorter than factory loads which threw me off Guess I wont worry about pressure - fingers crossed. Thanks for the link.

    No Problem. Many RN bullets use a 1.100 COAL so it is easy to get confused. Cast and Plated bullets, if they are sized to .356-.357 usually need to be short so the side of the bullet doesn't jam in the lead. As one poster mentioned, it is relatively easy to cut a longer lead for cast bullets rather than spending a couple hundred on barrel meant for shooting lead.

    All you need is some cutting oil, the correct size throating reamer ($50-60), and a good vise with notched jaw covers. Takes about 20 minutes.

    update- tested a couple dozen today and functioned great in sig and glock- accuracy was fine too. Going to push bullets down a hair more since this length isn't going into walther p99 chamber all the way. not near minimum so I'm confident will be ok.
