    checking back in; 88gr is a go. there's no published data and the manufacture of the bullets said they wont test it but will publish it if others test it to their standards. (./sigh) anyway... i'm still here, gun and body are in proper number of pieces with no extra holes. No pressure signs and cycle great!

    I was able to shoot steel targets (ar500 3/8") at 10 yards w/ 300 blk with zero denting/pitting. I even gave 10 rounds in the same spot and nothing. all is well! I didn't chronograph them but i'm cerious to know what speed they go and thus the energy @ impact. I'm sure the penitration is minimal at best so it's NOT for hunting.. squirrel headshots maybe. Acting like a club to the head...
