Anybody have a link to the actual order?

I'm looking too. Can't wait to see the mental gymnastics of an activist judge granting a TRO to plaintiffs with absolutely no chance whatsoever at showing standing. Absolutely ridiculous. These district court judges deserve an earful from SCOTUS soon about these baseless nationwide injunctions they issue with regularity.

He just got order, too, and is reviewing it.

It's a First Amendment case, not Second Amendment. This is dissemination of information. Blue states are trying to impose a prior restraint against free speech. He mentioned Pentagon Papers case, where SCOTUS unanimously held that you can't restrain speech (of NYT in that case) that's in public domain.

Also, governors of one state can't regulate commerce or speech in another state, which is what these "blue states" are trying to do.

He said the files are already available online from several other sources and can be found with a five-minute Google search, yet his client is the only one being sued.

There needs to be a method other than impeachment (because it never happens) to remove Federal judges who don't follow the Constitution.
These people are destroying our country.

Gotta keep the nuts from being appointed in the first place.

By custom, the home state US Senators in which district judges will sit have a say in the nomination, resulting in liberal appointments in liberal states. That's not how the Framers set it up, and it leads to politicization of the federal judiciary from the get-go.

Serious question. When the 9th Circuit ruled that Hawaii couldnt ban open carry, that didnt automatically make it legal to open carry across the country. How does a Judge from the Western District of Washington get to stop the release of this information outside of his district?

He doesn't. He may think he can until an appeals court smacks him down.
(I hope so anyways, I have little faith in our court system these days)

It's a federal law, not a state law like CA open carry. But this is the typical judge shopping by liberals. They always run to liberal districts.

    There is.

    Article III
    Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.

Congress can simply ordain a different lower court system. This includes both districts and circuits. After all, it says "from time to time". Now would be a good time.

Problem with that is I don’t trust Congress to fix anything, they’re part of the problem when it comes to judges.

Of course, but a way does exist within the constitution as it currently reads. Impeach or reorganize. Apart from that, it's on to amend.,
