    Sadly, there are politicians in both major parties who are involved in nefarious activities involving minors. I don't think it is any more than a reflection of the bad character of some people and that it has nothing to do with their party affiliation. :(

    While this may be true, the parties’ (and voters’)responses to the discovery of the “bad character” are vastly different.

    For that particular guy he seemed like he had a lot of issues going on. I don't know that he is really a Democrat as much as he just ran one time under their ticket.

    Now for the rest of the Democrats: yeah most of them are pedos.

    Moral reprobates know no party...it cuts across lines. The difference...more often than not...is when it's a Republican he or she loses their job or freedom. When it's a Democrat the Party will circle the wagons around them. Rarely will a Dem politician who gets caught suffer long term consequences...or even has the public find out about it.
