That SCR is impressive for no other reason than it's a ban state gun with a VFG and a FH for mounting a suppressor. 
Adding on to this for those less familiar, other 223/5.56 AR-15 uppers can be interchanged with the upper on the rifle for sale, which has a proprietary bolt system, if I remember correctly. The lower itself (with bolt system), is usually sold for $450 and higher. There is no heavy barrel requirement for these.That SCR is impressive for no other reason than it's a ban state gun with a VFG and a FH for mounting a suppressor.
