LOL. I've had bad information from them in the past as well. Stopped going there.
I don't think they were "banned" but Cugir did stop production. I assume you can still buy those crappy Century Draco's though.
I'm fairly sure that nothing has changed with regards to AK pistols in MD... should still be good to go.

Draco Pistol s are not banned as far as we can see from any MSP info released .
Draco is urban slang for any ebr pistol. I can see why free State might I'd off random callers asking about one.

Its not on the banned list because it is not a copy of an enumerated banned assault weapon. Per MSP website.
