Not necessarily a done deal, but it has enough sponsors that we should be worried. This isn't one of those bills that's got 2-3 names attached and clearly isn't going anywhere.

I have no doubt that before the session ends we're going to see even more drastic 2A infringements. With a veto-prof majority and a squishy RINO Governor, I think they are going to go on a full out assault.

There will be a real assault on our rights with bills that are designed to be throwaways in a "compromise" to get at least something on their wish list of restrictions.

This bill would essentially ban all ARs in Maryland for sale. Not able to read the text, but does the bill ban possession?
