Just how stupid are you willing to be for 2A? Instead of no unjust laws.

Bullet buttons, fixed magazines, making it into an sbr, all of these stupid work around because they broke the rule and did not follow the constitution. Is there a criminal charge that can be filed against a politician who breaks their oath of office? Surely, there must be some penalty for this right? What branch enforces the penalty?

Oath of Office. Upon taking office, senators-elect must swear or affirm that they will "support and defend the Constitution." The president of the Senate or a surrogate administers the oath to newly elected or re-elected senators. The oath is required by the Constitution; the wording is prescribed by law.

Many believe it seems much easier to be creative to find a work around than replace our legislation.

Look at the bright side, if things dont change, your getting a 1st hand look at whats coming to Maryland.

AFAIK Maryland does not have the luxury of an Impeachment mechanism. Reps and Dels serve at the pleasure of Mike and Mike, their sponsors and masters, and the Currans - the Crown.

Luckily, Mike Miller is rapidly approaching his expiration date, so concentrate on his successor.

Maryland is placing those of us who took an oath to defend the constitution in a position: obey our oaths and risk our live, and our fortunes (and families), or sacrifice our sacred honor. This shit they are pushing is my thin red line.
