    Actually I posted THREE pictures... The first two were the Kel-Tec Sub 2000, one folded and one open. There is no color difference except for the lighting in the picture. The third picture is my Mech Tech in 40 cal. but for some unknown reason the third picture does not show in the thread any more??? The code is there when I hit the "edit" button but the picture does not show.
    I will try to fix it.

    I was right, color difference.

    You were right, .40 cal that didn't show up first time.

    what is the point of a pistol caliber rifle besides same ammo as pistols and possibly taking their mags too??? Are the ballistics comparable to a 556 carbine?

    Imma answer your question with yes, common caliber and magazines. BTW, two of my 30 round Glock mags fit in the same mag holder that holds one AR mag. As for ballistics, you get a few hundred fps more out of a carbine versus a pistol, but with certain other calibers, you can get significantly faster while still being able to use them in the pistol part of that combo.
