I plan on getting one of those beretta 92s but having decide where I would get it from due to mix reviews. SOG has it for $279 but I need to pay 3% credit cards fees and both classic and J&G has them for $299.

I think their shipping charge are similar $20-$25, but more concern about the likely hood of getting a better piece.

On the hand, I had seen lots of police 92fs trade ins for around $350. It is possible to get a used 92FS under $400?

    Thanks

I have used SOG, AIM and J&G. Never Classlic.

I was happy with the quality of handpick from both, but J&G did get it out the door a little quicker.

No matter where you buy, shipping will be a bit expensive. Has to be overnight/2day or priority for pistol...usually.

I have used these exact companies and have never been disappointed.

Have never used Classic due to the multitude of poor reviews online.

I had dealing with all three, J&G and SOG have been the best to work with, I'll buy from them again. Classic is slow to process, slow to ship and overpriced but carry a wider selection of firearms.

Both J&G and SOG have stood by my purchases and corrected issues when I emailed them. One time for a missing magazine and the other a crappy C&R holster. In most cases you get what you pay for but part of that is service. Classic puts a lot of BS product videos out but I can't speak well about their service.

    I like SOG
The mag can be blocked by your FFL
    Who will ship the mag(S)?
Also , does shipping to a FFL that is not C&R require overnight?

I did not. Although it is not as advertised, I would rather have it as is than take a chance on getting a non-matching or reworked one.

Do these use standard 92 mags or are they different

Different but some mags work on both.
There is a different notch and you can get them but you have to look for the notch. You can add the notch if you like. Vids out there on it. I got some mags at the Chantilly show but have not cut them yet.
