    Hello, I'm a new member. I'm fairly new to gun ownership but have some limited experience from friends that hunt. I was a Naval Aircrewman and we had carried a weapon under the seat in the survival gear. But that was a long time ago.

    I'm currently looking to borrow a 9mm bore lock so I can pick up a Glock 19 from my FFL next week.

    Hondo, thanks for the reply. The Glock comes with a cable lock. MD has a law where you need a bore lock, at least to pick up your gun. I posted on the trade forum.

    Welcome, OP is correct that a bore lock is necessary. Absolutely ridiculous....
