Planning a trip up next week to play with some of my modern toys and have a new reproduction 1851 revolver I'm itching to shoot. Would rather not haul all the bp stuff up if I can't shoot it there. I've seen ML rifles up there, but never pistols.

I don't shoot anything black powder, but I can't think of any reason why there'd be a problem. What are the issues you think may be a problem?

I don't remember seeing anything in the posted rules about BP, but then again my memory isn't the greatest. I think you'll be fine op.

I suspect most of the BP restrictions are for indoor ranges that may not have a high enough ventilation rate to clear BP smoke. When I was looking in to BP I checked the rules at HB. No restrictions listed for BP.
