    If I were to sell a gun to my LGS, there would not be any background checks or wait because being an FFL, they are already "trusted". Is that correct? Like I said, it's a stupid question.

    Yeah, pretty much. FFL has already had their checks and can accept on the spot whatever their license allows for.

    There is a LGS that shows consignments, but then posts a future date it is available for sale. What is up with that?

    You are talking about United Gun Shop which has to comply with the strict Montgomery County pawn shop regulations.

    Never heard of any other LGS anywhere, in or out of MD, having to put up with this Femocrat nonsense.
