Eh, this thing kinda scares me. I see idiots at indoor ranges trying to use it with their Glocks and well you can imagine how that can go south... At least with a slidefire it's on a hefty, controlable platform and takes a mild amount of skill to use.

The FAQ section on its website consists of a single question: “How is this legal?” The short answer is: it’s not entirely clear that it is. But the FAQ explains that the device’s manufacturers have worked closely with legal experts to study the laws and policy interpretations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and they have confidence that they are within their rights. They’re confident enough that pre-orders are currently available.

Translation: we'll take your money until the ATF tells us we can't!

"any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger." 26 U.S.C. 5845(b)

It doesn't modify the FCG beyond the ATF's definition of a machine gun... in fact the binary trigger is far more legally dubious than this device.

ATF may say no, why because most other systems take effort and accuracy is degraded to said effort. Slide Fire takes

It takes the fun away from pulling the trigger. Another thing is it gets rid of trigger discipline since your finger does not make contact with the trigger.

Yes because everything besides the Binary trigger really helps with that. Bumpfire gizmo this gizmo is more for fun than actual practical purpose.
