MidwayUSA Factory Seconds

Factory seconds are back! I ordered some of these... anyone know what a good similar bullet is for ojive matching and all that?

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/43...-bulk-packaged

at first glance, they LOOK like Sierra matchking bullets..

Just to add to OP’s post, these seconds are available in numerous rifle and pistol caliber offerings.

Yep. I got the 175 8mm and they are Sierras just like in the green box.

Nosler does this as well all year long FYSA including seconds and overruns and they usually have free shipping once a month and offer first responder discounts I believe.

I'll never buy seconds again, or overruns. Wouldn't hold the 9 ring at 600.

Depends on the bunch you get. they're seconds, but vary in what doesn't pass QC. I use them for 100/200 paper punching and hunting. They're fine for that.
As issued Garand or Milsurp rifles usually can't shoot well enough to warrant the expensive stuff at short range with them.
I know, I know, some of you have K-31s or 03-A3s that can shoot the eyelash off a flee. Save the expensive bullets for them, use the 2nds in their well worn bros.

I need to place an order.

I am looking for 220 grain for .300 BO, and 125 grain for light loads for my .30-06, like a Garand.
