I like the ones from Cerro Forge. They have a key-hole forge mark. A lot of companies use lowers from them. Go 7075.

Other than the buffer tube thread fit I haven't had trouble from any lower. You can dry fit everything except the trigger group before machining to see if it'll fit your upper.

As TheOriginalMexicanBob said, The Cerro Forge ones are used by several different companies.

Thundertactical.com is another good place to get 80 percent lower receivers. Their 5 pack is a decent deal. The only thing is, you are guaranteed either Cerro or Brass Aluminum. You cannot pick. Mine came in as Cerro Forge which made me happy. I agree with the above comments. 7075 T6 is the way to go. You get a nice smooth finish after milling the pockets. Cerro sells to Colt, Spikes Tactical, Daniel Defense, DPMS, Bushmaster as well as others. Brass aluminum has a square forge mark. I am not too sure which firearm manufacturers they sell to. One of my registered Spikes Tactical receivers has the typical Cerro keyhole forge mark on it. I have been told to stay away from CAST LOWER receivers as they are supposedly the weakest of the bunch. I have steered away from polymer lowers as well. Why save 5 or 10 bucks when you can spend that little bit of extra and get a strong 7075 T6 aluminum receiver? Especially for the amount of time that you are going to put into milling and building your lower. I will save weight somewhere else, not in the receiver. Most importantly.... HAVE FUN BUILDING!
