Selling my house in Germantown, MD (MoCo). Buyer has asked for certified electrician to inspect electrical box (only the electrical box) inside the house.
I added a circuit to my shed and they are uncomfortable that the work was not performed by a licensed electrician. (go figure).
The scope of the work is only to inspect the inside electrical box / panel and give your feedback.
