It’s occurred to me just now that the lockdown has presented a new opportunity for these hearings. In the past you wouldn’t be able to bring an AR for show and tell, nor would you expect a delegate to show off her own AR. Helps to destigmatize scary black guns, as does the fact that the testimony against has been consistently more articulate and rational than the other side’s.
