I had to go down the list to the date 12/06 and click on that even though the player looked like it was already queued up... it started right up...

Letter was delivered to my house via snail mail and signature was required, I was not home, this was Friday, picked up letter from Post Office Monday and lo and behold my UNRESTRICTED permit was in my mail box today. WHOOOO HOOOO.
