    Hello Fellow 2A Enthusiasts,
Tomorrow 5/26/2021 is a huge day for those of us that are concerned about future infringements of our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. What is so important about tomorrow you may ask? Well, tomorrow is the day that Joe Biden’s nominee to head the BATFE, David Chipman is to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Given Mr. Chipman’s political and personal stance on such things as Gun Control and Gun Rights, his confirmation as the next “Gun Czar” would be the beginning of the end for the 2nd Amendment as we know it. I am by no means fear mongering or trying to cause undue panic amongst the 2A community. However, his track record speaks volumes as to his desires to rid the American people of their rights by any means necessary. A former BATFE agent himself, Mr. Chipman has been involved in such high profile debacles such as Waco, Ruby Ridge and the “Fast & The Furious Scandal” Of course, he takes no personal responsibility for any of it. Instead he passes the buck or dodges the questions entirely. Typical of a Biden nominee. All that being said, there’s numerous news articles and interviews with Mr. Chipman himself where he openly expresses his belief that the 2nd Amendment should be repealed. We The People cannot allow someone with such views to head up the vary agency responsible for infringing on our rights. His leadership will embolden and empower his underlings to further infringe on our rights little by little, piece by piece until there is nothing left. I urge each of you reading this to contact your U.S. Senator’s-office first thing tomorrow morning and demand that they vote “No” on this confirmation. Having said that, I do realize that as Marylander’s we have an uphill battle given our current Senators political party affiliations, however we cannot let that deter us from having our voices heard. This issue is too important. Below you find the contact info for both U.S. Senators. If you’re unsure who represents you and your district, please call them both. Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless.

    What an irony.

The last time this lying POS coward sock puppet Chipman was substantially in the public eye was when he appeared before Congress in the House Judiciary Committee to testify in favor of resurrecting the Federal Assault Weapon Ban, on September 25, 2019:

It was a great day; Dick Heller was with us. The gals from the pro-2A 50 State DC Project were there. The President of the DC Project, Dianna Muller (3rd from left, first pic below) testified effectively that day, outnumbered as a witness as she was, along with Amy Swearer from the Heritage Society, whose testimony that day is still among the highest rated YouTube videos with over 3.5 million views:

Jeff was ready to knock Chipman and the other traitors down off their high horse, but he was relaxed, knowing he was right, and prepared to do what needed to be done to defend the Second Amendment:

This was the day that this iconic photo was taken, as Rack&Roll stood in the hearing to announce that law-abiding American gun owners were not going to comply with their unConstitutional ban on lawfully owned and used firearms.

The original 2019 MDS thread I created about this hearing is here:

Received a boilerplate response from van Hollen's office.
Thank you for e-mailing me your message. It is important that I know the concerns of my fellow Marylanders so I can carry out my responsibilities in the United States Senate. If you need immediate assistance please email me at Assistance@Vanhollen.Senate.gov.
I appreciate hearing from you and I look forward to considering your message further. I will try to respond more fully to your e-mail as soon as possible.
    Sincerely

    Chris Van Hollen
    United States Senator
My message stated that Chipman's personal beliefs and demonstrated actions indicate he opposes the US Constitution, and he would not be able to take the oath of office in good faith.

It may be more useful to mention his toxic partisan background instead of how he views the Constitution. It might resonate better with those two. Otherwise I'd say it may be more useful to reach out to moderate senators and try to influence their vote.

So ... you did that ... right?
