I'm looking for some help with load data for supersonic 300 blackouts using Hornady 150gr FMJ/BT (#3037) and CFE BLK in a 16" barrel.
I can't find anything on the COAL and min-max loads.
Anyone have any recommendations on a starting load and COL?

Hodgon website seems to have something for the Hornady 150 grain pills for 300 blk. I'd use that as a reference.

I recommend either do as John suggested or find a similar bullet with load data and work up from there. Notice, there is no recommended data for a subsonic 150gr load(not sure if that is your intent...) on this Sierra chart...

150s are a little light for subsonic use, and I would not expect them to cycle an AR in sub mode, even suppressed.

IMHO, 300 really does its best work with <= 130gr supers and >= 200gr subs. But I understand that bullet shortages are a thing, and beggars can't be choosers.

Sorry guys for my lack of detail. I'm looking for a starting point for the #3037 bullets using CFE BLK

Have loaded that bullet with that powder in 300BO, ended up at 19.5gr compressed IIRC and it runs fine, although a little slow. I buy them in bulk for my 308 ARs and M1A, so was hoping I could make a "good enough" cheap super load for 300, but it kinda sucks.
Hodgdon list 18.8 - 20.5C with a magnum primer and OAL of 2.235. Problem is if you crimp to the cannelure, should be about 2.100" OAL. There is published data in Hornady and Sierra for a range of bullets( Sierra pictured above) with closer OAL and about 20C-20.5C as a max charge. IMO CFE BLK is really forgiving, you would have difficulty stuffing enough in the case to get over pressure. I would try 19, 19.5 and 20C as a max load at 2.100(crimp in cannelure), and work it up to see what works best. FYI I have since found the 125gr FMJ #30196 is FAR better for cheap supers in the caliber, and loaded over 20gr of CFE BLK it is decent, but CFE BLK is better suited as a subsonic powder(or with the 110gr v-max), H110/W296 is FAR better for most supers, 18gr under that 125gr bullet crimped to the cannelure is accurate and IIRC at least 100FPS faster in my 9" rifle.

Thank you for the information. 19 & 19.5 was my thought. My concern was with the powder compression. With a 19.5 load, compression begins approx .10 before I get to the bottom of the cannelure when seating. I'll load a few at 18.5, 19 & 19.5 and test. I'll also try the the 125's and look for some H110.
    Thanks again.

just about all CFE BLK super loads end up being compressed before you get to max. One of my favorite loads with it, the 110gr V-max MINIMUM load is compressed, the max load of 23.7 is ridiculously full before you place the bullet on it(the entire case filled is only 24.5gr), and still barely tops 35K PSI(max SAAMI is 55K). H110/W296 is better, still good case fill, but not to the point it needs to be compressed to give good velocity, meters a little better, and delivers better velocities on just about every load. I think the idea behind CFE BLK is that it burns much slower than the magnum pistol powder most use in the caliber, so you get good port pressure and reliability with subs, have had 180gr subs cycle my 9" with that powder, where most other powders I've played with need bullets over 200gr.
