Because of all the BS thats been going on since late 2012.
I had to wait it out and find a 10/22 Take Down last week.

I have sooooooo many more things I really wanted to get not only for my self but to pass down to my children.

I have a wonderful collection at this point........but with the future up in the air.

I guess first full firearm that wasnt purchased before 12/31 is a Rossi 92 carbine pump (pre safety) purchased off a board member here. Also I put money on a Beretta M9.

With what little gun budget (which is a little more since I am not buying ammo) I will probably focus on picking up some additional vintage handguns. Webleys, Lugers, P38's and the such.

My first of 2013 is a .45ACP SIG P250 Compact. I put it on layaway at Buds in Jan, I planned to have it out of layaway a lot faster than I did, but I put the last payment on it this week. I paid through my checking account so the payment hasn't been fully posted yet, so the gun isn't at the gunshop yet, let alone in my possession, but it is paid for. Now, depending upon the actual wait for the MSP background check, it may or may not be the first I take possession of in 2013 since there are a few rifles I'm going to be looking for and may buy in the next month.

So far this year, put my deposit on an Engage AR lower and upper and purchased a Tikka T3 lite .308. Once everything calms down, I'd like to also get another handgun - Glock 30sf and build this new AR.

First was my Yugo 59/66. Then a 1941 Izhevsk Mosin 91/30. Just ordered two Seekins Precision SP15 forged lowers for mine and my brother's matching AR builds. Will be our first.

First one of 2013 was a BA 110 in .338 Lapua. Sticker shock on the price of rounds now...if any could be found! Researching the glass to mate it with now, as well as a long range/place to test it out!
