    Thanks. I was actually JUST LOOKING at powder inventory. Is it just me or did they lower HAZMAT fees? It looks like it's only $10. For some reason i'm remembering it more like $30.

    The fee varies by vendor, with the fee you remember still being charged by some supply houses.

    Some suppliers tout low hazmat fees, but price their product higher. Others go to market in just the opposite way. You really need to look around, paying attention to fees and desired product mix, to figure out your best available deal.

    The last time Midway offered this deal, I went to Powder Valley and the same order with hazmat was actually cheaper through PV.

    Yep! PV pricing is my baseline for quick comparison purposes. It isn't always the best, but you're almost always going to work some to beat it. It is almost always at least going to be very good.

    Surprisingly, and depending upon what you're looking for and the deal being offered, the one I know to be capable of getting down and dirty with anyone is Brownells. But only when they want to.
