    I believe that after 10/ 2013 it was banned, however I see United gun shop website have it, I guess it's only sell to people who is not living in MD or it good to go recently?. Anyone can verify it for me please.:innocent0

    It may be a used firearm that was traded in. I bought its big brother last year. Finding magazines is also interesting, another member had to point me to a site that had them for $20 a pop, not $45+ from SA. It's the only wood stock semi-auto I own.

    Because it's less bad then the American one!! I believe the Chinese one fires a less deadly .308. Maryland thinking at it's best........ I'm so glad I have the democrats looking out for me, ban guns from the law abiding and get rid of the death penelty. Boy Howdy!

    Because the M1a is banned by name, the polytech is not actually called an M1a. They are NOT fully parts interchangeable, so it isn’t a copycat.

    That any of it is banned is sure stupid. But it’s not like it was some sort of conscious decision to leave the Polytech out, but ban the M1a
