Ok,
So we need the upper level of our split level home painted. We moved in in 2008 and never got around to it. We want to put it on the market next Spring, so it must be painted. Anyway, the previous owners just painted over the wallpaper, so I'm not sure if they should just paint over it or strip the wallpaper etc. Any good local, licensed guys around here?
