Colorado went Bernie last week. That surprised me.

Colorado has been overrun by Northern California ex-pats from tech companies that can't afford Silicon Valley.

Texas is next on their list.

Marland going for Bernie doesn't surprise me at all actually. Two big factors in play.

1.) Maryland nominated Ben Jealous, also a fairly outspoken communist.

2.) Maryland is heavily dependent on government jobs, which would greatly expand under a Sanders administration.

I just happened on the this when checking the democratic primary results from 3/10.

    On 3/5, MD did this:

    Sanders 23, Biden 19, Bloomberg 15, Warren 8, Buttigieg 5, Klobuchar 4

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2020/president/md/maryland_democratic_primary-6952.html

The Dems in this state ACTUALLY think Bernie is a better candidate. This is real bad.

MD's primary isn't until Apr 28. So MD did nothing on 3/5. The figures appear to be some pollster's breakdown of MD delegate votes, based on who knows what?

Bear in mind that there's a DINO movement, wherein Republicans register as Dems to vote for the most beatable candidate. That will skew results as well.

Mind you, I'm not promoting the idea that most MD voters are not idiots.

Bear in mind that the DINO movement is a joke. Voter registrations have not shifted in any statistically noticeable direction.

Some people have been DINO's for many years, no shifting required. It often only takes a few votes to make a difference in some primary races. Unlike the Republicans who often only field a single candidate for a position. In the Democratic primaries many of the local races have multiple candidates splitting the vote so a few votes do matter. DINO's do make a difference.

Ask James Brochin how the DINO movement is working out. He lost the primary by 9 votes and at least a few hundred of us DINO's voted against him.

Why is that bad? And Bernie is a better candidate in the sense even if wrong on many things he is intellectually honest whereas Biden is just a a senile ping pong ball.
Is a socialist who actually says he is a socialist worse than an extreme left wing statist like Biden, who in the case of gun control for example, will work to insure you can't own a revolver yet claims he won't?
