    This would be very easy to fix. The Lawful Protection of Commerce in Arms Act precludes liability against gun manufacturers simply because someone used their products in a crime.

    The law is seen below.

    All Congress would have to do is amend the definition of "qualified civil liability action" to include any suit predicated on a property owner's *not* prohibiting concealed carry on its premises.

    MSI (Maryland Shall Issue) is a good resource on the concealed carry issue. They seem to do a better than average job of avoiding the hysterics that permeate the carry debate. Likewise, they are more responsive to questions than "national" organizations (pro or con). Also, I've found that the "Resource Room" tab on their website https://marylandshallissue.com... has some rather eye opening data (I'm an Associate Broker in MD).
