    WOW !! if you scroll down to the manufacturers it will tell you what rifle is banned and what one is not from each manufacturer. I'm looking at these and I can't help but wonder how in the world they made their decisions on which ones to ban and which ones were OK. there is no rhyme or reason as to how they decided what so ever !

    That's because they were all selected purely by emotion. That and the '94 assault weapon ban. Looks scary, ban! Never heard of that one, it's OK...

    Not really, but nice misread of the pending law.

    Apologies, I was going off one of the first drafts that defined what's now identified as a "rapid fire trigger activator" as a machine gun. Looks like that was changed with the version of HB888 that passed and was signed.
