I have an Escort Magnum 12ga Semi-auto shotgun that I love. It has never missed a beat and shoots well. Many people have put down their much nicer guns and asked to try it at the turkey shoots and when we shoot clays because it shoots so well.

When taking the barrel off to store it after my last trip to the range I released the action bar by accident and the gas valve hit the barrel ring causing one of the three wavy gas rings(?) to snap into three pieces. I’ve spent a ton of time trying to find the part to replace it with no luck.

The gun is made in Turkey by Hatsan and imported by Legacy. Legacy told me they only imported the guns and they don’t carry repair parts. They blew me off and said call a gunsmith. Hatsan speaks Turkish and deals with their air guns so I haven’t called them(also not sure if I’d have import issues if I got them to sell to me?).

Anyone know where I can get parts or find a gunsmith to get parts?

Well that's fun :sad20:. I was hoping to find some info for Hatsan USA customer service for shotguns but it says to contact Legacy Sports, which you already did. Good luck with your search. Maybe try calling Hatsan USA and see if they have a solution other than contacting Legacy? That's where I'd start even though the USA branch only has airguns.

Thanks. I had read elsewhere that Hasan USA just tells you they only deal with the air guns so I didn’t bother calling them. I guess I may be at the point where I try anyway.

I thought pictures may help. The part I need is one of the metal gas rings (red arrow). The o-ring I can get lots of places and the shotgun even came with an extra (blue arrow). The broken gas ring is shown as well (yellow circle).
