I have a new optic coming this week and I don't even want to go site it in because I don't feel like paying for an hour of range time to fire 10 rounds to battlesight

And I don't want to use more than 10 rounds at these peices

I'm in the same boat, I just got a new AR. I want to go blasting but I don't want to burn through brass and I don't feel like paying 30-40c/round for Tula.

In WV Dicks and WM don't have any pistol ammo anymore so its a moot point. Right now LGS are lucky if they have any at all so before I get my reloading press back up $20-$25 for 50 rds does not look that bad. Especially since primers are getting scarce also.

Long range match shooters load their own. When you replace a barrel once a year probably not shooting much factory.

I haven't had time to reload so I'm still using factory match. It's usually not affected by panic buying, but this time it sure is.

Why do you need 10 rounds????

It can be done with 3 rounds. 5 max.

    Yeah, it can. Sort of.

Then you can shoot 5 more rounds, to convince yourself that nothing moved, and that what you saw wasn't coincidence.

Never could quite figure out why the "3 rounds and done" sight in ever got any acclaim or traction.

No, if done properly, you don't need a lot of ammo. But you do need a lot of confidence.

Shoot the damn gun. It builds the confidence. It's why you bought it.

I had the same thought and sent a screen capture to a friend, labeling the email "CTD sells 9mm for $999 per 1k rounds." Had to then email a correction.

Oh s$it, it is for 500 rds . At first I thought it is for a 1000rds cause there are a lot of them out there now. They need more fentanyl.

Cheaper than Dirt must be referencing Todd Huffman's dirt on Gold Rush. Only Todd knows how the spend 3 million to get 1 million of gold out that dirt.
