Now the Board is required to announce that it violated the law at its next meeting.

We all knew they violated laws and wondering if they would be called out for it . Since now it has be announced what are the penalties ???

So i guess this points out the Retired (Tired) Federal Judge is not as smart as he thinks he once was or is .:innocent0

The 2A guarantees that our right to be bear arms shall not be infringed.

Infringed means: "Actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.)"

Yet my fear of jail is greater then my desire to carry without permit.

It's all screwed up, that is for sure.

    The end.

The review board is gone in January anyway. Hopefully it won't matter with the 2 cases heading to SCOTUS, and of course SCOTUS ruling in our favor.

State panel finds handgun board violated open meetings law . . .

To say nothing of their violation of the COTUS, or any oath they may have taken to protect and defend same.

Another expensive time-wasting pseudo-solution to a problem created by the MD Democratic Party machine, loved and supported by two-thirds of Maryland's voters. It's that nasty Republican governor who caused this, by appointing the wrong kind of citizens to a citizen's review board.

My scorn and contempt for the rulers of this state goes beyond the ability of words to express.

Hogan will give them a stern talking to, and admonish them not to do it again.

What mechanism has been placed to replace civilian overview of MSP decisions? I seem to be behind the curve a bit on this.
