34B David Rudolph, so far has been, Mumbo Jumbo.

Sending him this message this morning:

    Sir,
The resolve of Maryland's law abiding citizens could not have been made any clearer then yesterday. 1307 signed up to testify in opposition, and a scant 32 in support! To the credit of the committee, unlike the puppet show in the Senate, testimony went on until 3:45 AM on March 2. The size of the crowd at Gov. O'Malley's rally yesterday was only around 300 people, and that included staff, and bussed in school children. That was one third of the size of the rally opposing S.B. 281 on February 6. The law abiding citizens of Maryland, from all parts of the state, have spoken LOUD AND CLEAR. We are opposed to these bills. I know you were a school administrator in the county, and I'm sure you were horrified by the Connecticut shooting, as was the rest of the nation. I too, want to put a stop to these types of incidents. But the bills being proposed do nothing of the sort. They will however, turn law abiding, productive members of Maryland's community into criminals if H.B. 294 is allowed to pass, and get to the Governor's desk. Are you, and the rest of the Maryland General Assembly prepared to deal with the arrest, conviction and jailing of citizens that, up to the passage of this bill, have never had a brush with the law? Those that hold jobs in sensitive areas, like A.P.G., the Fire Service, and government etc. would have their careers and livelihood placed in jeopardy. In 2014 members of the House of Delegates will be running for reelection, while Governor O'Malley will be absent, he will be using this legislation in an attempt to make his presidential run. Done so, on the backs of all of you in the General Assembly, and on the backs of us, the Maryland Citizens. I have spoken to a lot of people in the area, and not one person has voiced support for this bill. I highly doubt that your office is receiving an overwhelming support for passage. If you vote for this bill, provided it makes it to the floor, are you prepared for the possible backlash in this largely rural district? As a legislator, were you elected to represent the views of your constituents? And will you stand up for them? I look forward to a response, to know how you intend to vote on this bill.

On 2/6 I spoke to Del. Minnick district 6. I am a former resident in his district, he said he was not supporting.
Live in 34B now, Rudolph No definitive answer.

Strongly Opposed ! Stopped by to see him yesterday morning. No disrespect to him or anyone else but he's a good old boy from Southern Maryland. He assured us he is 100% against it. When I questioned him about a point in the bill he stated it didn't matter he was against it.

BTW is there a different color of green to use on the chart, the current is hard to read
