Advice on Antelope/Mule hunt out west.

I'd like to take my dad, who is in his late 60s out west for an antelope or mule deer hunt this fall. I'm getting mixed information from websites on what to do and where to go. Licensing seems complicated and guide prices very drastically. Could anyone offer some advice or tips about where we should go? Does anyone have a recommendation or successful guided trip in the past? Thanks!

Check with the tribes, and try and get on a reservation. Visit first. Sometimes a donation or contribution of clothing/food stuffs,other materials will help you out if you get to know some people.

I did a pronghorn/muley trip with Four Horse Outfitters in Wyoming two seasons ago and it was amazing!

I did it as a Cabela’s Signature Outdoor trip and they took care of all the tags.

It will hurt your wallet but you wont regret it otherwise! Camped my way across in each direction. Awesome trip!
