    Happy Birthday, nice looking gift!

Now you need to get started with CMP - there's at least one Garand waiting for you, probably a vintage 1911 and eventually maybe some more M1 carbines will surface...

Nice. If you've never owned one, you'll like that Aimpoint. Get her battle zeroed on the irons, lollipop that Aimpoint and get it dialed in with a few more shots, drop the rear sight and keep both eyes open from now on.

That is a very nice sight. I got one dirt cheap from a guy that didn't like it because .......He didn't like it. He mounted it, Fired one mag, took it off and asked me if I wanted it. I was going o give him a decent price and he said "I'll take $ XX.XX for it". I damn near tore the pocket off my jeans getting my wallet out.
