Issues Getting In Contact with Gym Ratz

I've been trying to get a hold of them for some time now and they seem to be MIA. I purchased a suppressor through them a while back and just found out from calling the ATF this form 4 was approved in November. I've been e-mailing and trying to call them for a while now with no response. Anyone happen to know any other way to reach out to them?

Thanks noticed that as well online but its a bit of a hike for me to get down there. I don't want to drive all the way there and find out they don't have my paperwork. I've been e-mailing John since 6/18 and can't get a response. I know gun shops are busy right now but seem to me I should have gotten something back.

My experience may not make you feel any better, but at least youíll know you arenít alone. You canít reach them by PM because their inbox has been full for months. You canít reach them by e-mail because they donít answer them. Lightning may strike and you may get through on the phone, but donít count on it. If you do, donít think youíve made any progress. Youíll be told they will check into your situation and will get back to you, but they wonít. In my case I was first told my purchase would be transferred to my LGS the following Tuesday. That was more than a month ago. When I finally got through to them again ďJohn was out at a medical appointmentĒ. He would get back to me. He hasnít. I have sympathy for his situation, but a little honesty would go a long way. As it is I have to wonder if the used pistol I bought almost three months ago even exists.

It is time to add my concern to the list. I have a paid-in-full LWRC SMG45 on order with Gym Ratz. The balance was paid in full on September 18th, 2019.

I have over 15 phone calls logged on my cell since that time. Every conversation with John I get the same response. It will come next week, or Lipsey's will ship it soon, or something akin to that to buy another 2 weeks of time. I sent an email last week stating that I want a confirmed delivery date in writing.

To date I have no firearm, no idea when it will actually arrive, and nothing in writing. I have my original receipts and that is all. I should note I also have two suppressors on order with John. Tax stamp cashed on 01/24/20. I get that John might be having some issues, but there is no excuse for this lack of customer service.

BLUF, if I didn't know any better, I'd say I'm getting the runaround.
