Well that sucks. I was going to order a Spanish Mauser in 308 after the holidays. The website is still there,but you can't put anything in the cart.

I thought there was some controversy as to weather those were even safe to shoot at all with military 7.62.51 and definitely not safe to shoot with commercial .308

It talks about the exploding Mauser not being one of these and how these were tested to above specs

Yeah. I ordered a K31 on the 6th and now don't know what is happening. Can't figure out if it shipped or not before they declared on the 10th. My money is out of my account and nobody can help. I spoke to the lawyer in charge of the Chapter 7 and she referred me to the trustee. I called and left a message. I am hoping it shipped or that he can get my money back for me. The owners are feuding as well which makes it worse. I talked to them over email on the 7th and they said everything was fine. I am lost right now.
Did you pay by credit card? If so, just file a dispute with the credit card company to get your money. If not, you're at the bottom of the list of creditors in line with their hand out and you'll never get a dime back.
