Thanksgiving Dinner in Williamsburg?

I am going to end up in Williamsburg on Thanksgiving this year. I currently have no plans. Can anyone suggest a niceish spot for dinner? Either for a thanksgiving style dinner or just a meal.

I think Colonial Williamsburg has a restaurant that puts on a nice spread.

Oh I'm not going to be at all alone. Just in no position to cook anything. Appreciate the wishes though.

Kings Arms or Shields Taverns. Either one.

Spectacular dinners. Awesome food and ambience.

Count yourself lucky you'll be there ...then.

PS Colonial Williamsburg is a splendid place during both Christmas and Thanksgiving seasons. Be sure to make reservations.

I think Trellis also IIRC, not sure if they do thanksgiving or not. Kings Arms above also was real nice IIRC.

be sure to walk around the campus of William & Mary College, very pretty and lots of history around.

I had a Thanksgiving dinner at the Patrick Henry Inn years back and it was very nice.

+1 for the Trellis Bar and Grill. It was recommend to me by a local and it was pretty darn good. Not your typical bar food.

We ate @ the King's Arms this year and it was expensive and fabulously mediocre......... :sad20:

We shoulda gone to Chili's by the hotel.....
