I haven't been able to sort out the propaganda from the actual legal proposals.
My question is what are the chances we will see and actual ban on ownership of EBR's? It seems likely that their sale will be banned in Maryland, but will they also be subject to confiscation/"voluntary" buyback?
I want to buy myself a Kalashnikov in the near future but not if I will just have to get rid of it in a few short weeks.
