It's been a while.
I was thinking about scrounging up my left over supplies again and putting together some kits again. They would be more oriented towards gunshot wounds (military IFAKs). Tourniquets, chest seals, quick clot, etc., all the fancy stuff.
I'm going to probably look at putting together 20 at the max. I have to look back and see what I paid for everything and I'd still need to buy some pouches for the items but I want to keep the price less than 100, hopefully lower.
Any interest?
EDIT
Here's what I came up with. I decided on the CONDOR pouch for a few reasons. For one, I wanted to go with a small pouch. My own kit has been transformed to a slimmer pouch, as this is meant for quick life saving treatment of serious trauma. It is NOT a regular first aid kit. Second, some people knock CONDOR, and sometimes they deserve it, but this pouch is made decently regardless of that. It's a decent design and durable.
Details:
Condor Lite EMT Pouch (Ripaway Velcro design with MOLLE loops attached)
Red cross Velcro sticker I added for fun
Shears
H&H Multipurpose Gauze
Israeli Bandage
CAT Tourniquet
Quick Clot Combat Gauze
HALO Chest Seal
A few things you may want to add on your own are flat duct tape (medical tape sucks), a small pen, a light. If you are properly trained, a chest decompression needle and/or a nasal airway adjunct can easily be found on eBay. I'm not going to include them for liability/legality reasons.
This is a very stuffed small pouch.
I have two colors: green and tan.
Prices:
Kit with Quick Clot expiration date of late 2019
$85
Kit with Quick Clot expiration date of 2022
$95
$5 flat shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states
Sorry but the really new Quick Clot wasn't cheap. As for me personally, I carry expired ones and trust them.
I'll be messaging people in the order they expressed interest here. I only have a limited amount, so I have to ration this way.
