Not true. Over 26" VFG is OK.
Pretty much. Regular lowers are a 7 day wait but dedicated 9mm lowers are cash &carry.
Can't really think of anything else

Is that for stripped lowers or already built lowers? Or does it not matter?

I wasn't planning on doing 9mm but if that's the only c&c option that might be the one I go with for now
