    My buddy asked me this and I dont know the answer so....

    It is ok to submit say 3 or 4 form F4's in the same envelope with only one copy of a trust? The required fee's would also be included.
    The scenario is having a couple cans stamped individual and wanting to add them to a trust.

    I've done it multiple times. One trust, one check for total amount, and multiple form 4s all in one envelope. Use a large binder clip.
