    Safetech,

When you're in the "reply to thread" screen, either click on the attachments button (paperclip) above the reply box or scroll down to Manage Attachments button that's in the Additional Options box. After that, click the browse button to locate the picture you want to post. It helps to know where you store your pictures and the name of that picture.

Here's a picture of my youngest cat, Muggs. I would've posted a rimfire rifle but don't have any pictures of the three I have.

I have a Marlin 39 and a Winchester 9422. I'd take a 9422 any day over a Ruger 10/22. The action and trigger are smooth as silk and its more accurate out of the box

    But would you take a 9422 over a 39???
Those are two of the finest .22 rifles ever made and both of them being lever action I think it's a fair comparison...

I've owned both and I would take the Winchester for the name, bluing, and collectors status, but the Marlin for the accuracy.

My girlfriend's sister keeps a lever-action .22 under her bed loaded for protection just in case (it's what she's most comfortable with, don't knock it).

I'm assuming that Martinis would fit into this thread as well as they're not BA or SA but FB?

    2011 thread resurrection ...
I got a Winchester Model 62, over 80 years old and still shoots great

How come so few pics of pump action 22s in this thread? :)

I've been eager to find a pump 22 LR or 22 Mag rifle this past year, which for the most part is a used market.

I was searching prices on the pump action Winchester Model 61 takedown in 22 S/L/LR or 22 Mag and Model 62 (forget if this is also a takedown) until I got sticker shock. Man, not unusual to see some in the $2000 range or higher on GB.

As an aside, even the discontinued Winchester 9422 lever is pretty pricey at $900-1100 these days (in 22 LR or 22 Mag), with the laminate stock ones coming in a little cheaper ($800).

Of the pump action guns that are out of production, the Remington 121 Fieldmaster remains relatively affordable, so I've started looking for one. What's neat about these (and I believe one of the Winchester models) is one can work the action keeping the trigger pulled and it will fire when you pull the pump back.

Of new production, Henry has a pump 22 LR these days. Haven't checked if Uberti has a reproduction pump 22 LR as well.
