If you want to diamond encrust an AR I bet they’d be happy to help.
A1 Uniform, Engage, and Bollinger have all done great engraving jobs for me.

I was at Engage at lunchtime today, and they were engraving an AR lower for an SBR. Was it yours?
They've done while-I-wait engraving before, and it has always been just what I wanted.

Hmmm...I wonder if a stripped lower counts as a firearm in regards to those signs.
They probably do, but I bet anyone could argue that it's just a hunk of metal or even convince them that it's something else other than a firearm.
Whether Jared knows, not sure. BATFE says it's a firearm.

Oh, I'm not disagreeing. I'm just playing with a thought experiment. I got my SBR engraved at a LGS and wouldn't think about giving the money to an anti-gun store.
Also, I don't think the ATF would waste their time enforcing a state law. They may tip off the VaSP, but they probably wouldn't even notice.
