Totally mismanaged. It SHOULD be the easiest thing in the world to run a conservative talk radio station in the DC market. But they can't get it to run right, mostly because they mess with their talent. If Limbaugh wasn't syndicated, I'm convinced they'd dick with him if he was a MAL employee.
