    someone else commented also.
but correct as a backup during Cold war
and Universities also, high speed back-bone
there is supposd to be I2 or high speed mainly
for miltary, research, medical. Back bone providers
Verizon (acquired MCI) Century link,AT&T, Sprint.
I-net wasn't designed to handle all graphics related
pages (html) remember the days of Telnet, FTP if
you didn't know the IP address you were screwed.
Memories of CDNow.com only way in was Telnet..
"Netscape" anybody... or AOL floppy disks
    made excellent targets "pull"

Anyway on to subject my AR's are not weapons of
war and do rather well on "varmints" same as the
    Barrett ;);)

hmmm. U.S. Rep John Sarbanes (D- Baltimore County)<<--Now this says it all
worry about fix it "make sure your own house is in order before you talk about others"

If the internet isn't a weapon of war, why does the government keep talking about "cyberwarfare"?

Why do the Left and the Dems keep talking about Putin's purchase of $100,000 in facebook ads (on the internet) as an "act of war"?

Gosh, everything gets war-like if and when it suits them, doesn't it?

any war.. yet...nope... but we need more $$$...to fight the
the war on _______ don't want to get in politics, we are
sooo worried about everyone else, we can't even take care
of our own...it's like the "kid" in school pointing the finger to
everyone else, when in reality it's that same "kid" who is
responsible for the whole thing, remember one finger pointing
there are 4 others pointing back to you (unless you are missing
    some digits)

Yesterday I logged into Facebook and the memory thing was a post I made in 2010 complaining that Sarbanes blocked me on Facebook because I posted a comment to an article he wrote that was against his stance.

Guy comes from political royalty and represents the second most gerrymandered district in America. We might hate him but he has literally hand selected who gets to vote in his election. Unless we can end gerrymandering, we are going to see him as a representative for the rest of his life.

The Constitution is not a hunting license

The framers of the Constitution realized that predators walked on two legs among us. They wrote the Constitution to protect us from enemies foreign and domestic. Sarbanes is what you get if a politician does not read.

"Second Most" - I thought we were #1. Also, I agree, it's a gerrymandered lifetime appointment if he wants it.
