I think we should avoid discussing this until we get an opinion from the 4th Circuit.

Otherwise, it's idol time wasted we could be using to Stop SB281.

It kind of would make sense. You would think if they were going to uphold, they would have released the opinion early to let the GA address the issue this session if it the state chose not to appeal.

Actually they'd be more likely to let the GA do something to moot the case.

Dave Hardy is a respected law guy, blogger, and probably has connections.

AGAIN, AT THIS TIME, NOTHING ON PACER, AND NO PRESS RELEASES BY SAF.

That said, I highly doubt Hardy would post this without credible knowledge; I pray he is incorrect.
