Does that make the eternal 3% antimony the homeopathy of the gun world??

I am new to casting but not new to metallurgy and non-destructive testing. Antimony along with tin in castings adds structure to the lead. It allowing it to be shot in a gun and it provides better flow into the molds for better casting. Also, it reduces the possibility of lead following of your barrel. Shooting pure lead is like taking a stick of butter casting it and shooting it, not good unless you like fowling up your gun.

If you're not familiar with the "3% antimony" fun then take a look at this thread...https://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=93082
